Pig Farming Assistant (M/F) – Replacement Position

As part of a staff replacement, we are seeking a versatile employee willing to commit long-term to a small-scale farm. The role is on a farrow-to-finish pig farm with 300 sows.

**Main Responsibilities:**

* Participate in the care and feeding of pigs (expected knowledge in these areas)
* Monitor animals throughout all stages (farrowing, fattening)
* Operate farm machinery (tractor)
* Assist in on-farm feed production
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Provide on-call coverage one weekend per month (2 hours in the morning / 2 hours in the afternoon, Saturday and Sunday)
