Responsibilities for this role:

Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders regarding cleaning services.

Supervise and guide colleagues on the work floor through direction and coaching.

Ensure resources and materials are used correctly and efficiently.

Plan and monitor work activities.

Work flexibly in coordination with your colleagues.

Required qualifications:

Team player with several years of leadership experience.

Enjoys planning and can adapt when plans change unexpectedly.

Stress-resistant and able to remain calm in unexpected busy situations.

People-oriented, empathetic, and honest.

Strong communication skills in Dutch and French.

Natural leader with a sense of responsibility to achieve goals with others.
