Are you passionate about a flawless environment and have a heart for people? Square City is currently looking for a dedicated professional for the role of **Site Manager Pharma – Ghent Region**.

**Responsibilities for this role:**

* Coach, guide, and train cleaning staff and conduct regular feedback sessions.
* Create effective planning and work schedules.
* Accurately monitor cleaning activities at client sites.
* Maintain excellent contacts with clients.
* Improve our services by identifying client needs and addressing them proactively.
* Handle administrative tasks, including payroll preparation, invoicing, vacation planning, and contract requests.
* Report to your manager, the Contract Manager, regularly to ensure KPIs are met for both clients and the organization.
* Have several years of experience in a leadership role.
* Experience working in the pharmaceutical sector, cleanrooms, and laboratories, and knowledge of GMP guidelines is a significant plus.
* Excellent knowledge of Dutch; speaking French and/or English is an advantage.
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with Navision is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
