**JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER HVAC**

Square City is currently looking for a Junior Project Manager HVAC in Geel. You elevate HVAC projects within an industrial environment where quality, collaboration, and expertise are central. **Responsibilities:**

* You take full responsibility for HVAC projects, from concept to delivery. You monitor the budget, create the schedule, follow up on execution, and ensure correct invoicing.
* You coordinate challenging projects across various sectors such as industry, healthcare, and utilities. You switch smoothly between renovations and new constructions, adapting your approach based on project complexity.
* You lead a team of experienced technicians and project staff. You ensure clear communication, efficient task distribution, and a motivating work atmosphere.
* You implement the latest technologies and sustainable solutions. You contribute ideas on energy efficiency, smart systems, and future-oriented installations.
* You act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You build long-term relationships and ensure professional follow-up.

**Required Qualifications:**

* You hold a master’s degree in electromechanics, HVAC, energy, or a related field.
