**Responsibilities:**

* Thoroughly analyze project specifications to understand the technical and commercial requirements.
* Prepare accurate and well-organized quotes and accompanying documentation according to project requirements.
* Create detailed inventories of required materials and components.
* Develop and maintain calculation tables to efficiently estimate costs and quantities.
* Select appropriate materials based on technical specifications, availability, and cost efficiency.
* Formulate suitable technical solutions for specific client requests in line with the project portfolio.
* Actively request material prices from suppliers and compare them to choose the most cost-effective option.
* Estimate realistic installation times, considering complexity and project size.
* Conduct thorough post-calculations of completed work to identify deviations and improve future estimates.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electromechanics or industrial engineering.
* Initial experience as a calculator, work planner, or project manager in a technical environment.
* Passion for technology with demonstrable knowledge of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and cooling).
* Result-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines.
* Independent, organized, and able to work well in a team environment.
* Good knowledge of IT, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
