**TECHNICAL MANAGER FOR PROGRAM SUPPORT – M/F**

WORK ORGANIZER IN BUSINESS PROCESS

Leading, coordinating, assigning, and supervising the work of the technical team (light, sound, stage, and video) responsible for program support, event preparation, and technical execution. Participation in planning, monitoring, organizing, and supervising department work hours, coordinating the technical team with other technical teams and departments of the institution. Proposing annual work programs and reporting on department activities. Preparing analyses, information, annual reports, plans, professional documents for public tenders, and other materials related to the work area. Preparation and management of contracts within the department. On-call duty at events. Creating technical plans for small-scale multimedia events. Preparation, operation, and monitoring of multimedia equipment, as well as planning maintenance work and purchasing technical equipment. Installation of multimedia and other equipment (light, sound, stage) for events. Ordering periodic preventive inspections of technical equipment and procurement of goods, materials, and equipment. Maintaining and archiving prescribed technical documentation. Strict adherence to safety and fire protection regulations. Performing all other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the organizational unit under the supervision of the department head. Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the director in accordance with legislation, general acts of the institution, and professional competence.

Requirements: Knowledge of work-related computer programs, understanding of audio-video components and elements, knowledge of stage lighting elements, leadership and communication skills, qualification to operate lifts, ability to work at heights, and knowledge of one foreign language at a university level.

Working hours: irregular schedule, night work, work on Sundays and public holidays. Probation period: 5 months.
