MARKETING SPECIALIST – M/F

Job location, LJUBLJANA , Central Slovenia - Slovenia

**MARKETING ADVISOR, probationary work 5 months, permanent contract, full-time, 40 hours**
Responsible for performing the most demanding tasks within the organizational unit, assisting in the preparation of analyses, information, annual reports, plans, professional materials for public tenders, and other materials related to the field of work. Prepares proposals for development and manages the allocation of spaces, technical equipment, and personnel for conducting wedding ceremonies. Organizes and executes commercial rentals of spaces, technical equipment, and personnel for market events and activities.

Prepares professional texts with accompanying visual and biographical materials for print and publications, prepares information and texts for media and public relations, participates in international project procedures and funding acquisition, provides professional support to other departments, collaborates on updating and maintaining the institute’s website, participates in public procurement procedures, plans and manages costs in their area of work, attends events, maintains the archive for their work area, and independently performs other demanding tasks in the service area. Performs additional tasks assigned by the director in accordance with legislation, internal regulations, and professional competence.

Requirements: knowledge of work-related computer programs, understanding of international project and funding procedures, knowledge of public procurement procedures, and proficiency in one foreign language at higher education level.

Work schedule: generally one shift, occasional work during less favorable hours, work on Saturdays and Sundays, occasional work from home, constant readiness.
