**CLEANING COORDINATOR – M/F**

**WORK ORGANIZER IN BUSINESS PROCESS, probationary work 5 months, permanent contract, full-time, 40 hours**
Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the cleaning unit within the Investment Maintenance, Operation, and Cleaning Department. Tasks include assisting in management, work organization, and coordination of the department, supervising external cleaning contractors, managing machinery and other equipment, ensuring proper functioning of cleaning devices, and timely reporting of major repairs.

Additional duties include preparing short- and long-term cleaning and equipment purchase plans, reviewing offers and procuring goods, materials, and equipment needed for cleaning tasks, participating in public procurement procedures, performing regular maintenance of buildings, spaces, equipment, and machinery, handling all transport tasks (goods and personnel), implementing safety measures for equipment use, and ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and fire protection regulations.

The role also involves maintaining records and archiving documentation, independently performing other tasks in the department as assigned by the director, and completing other tasks in accordance with legislation, internal regulations, and professional competence.

Requirements: knowledge of computer programs relevant to the work, organizational and communication skills, knowledge of cleaning procedures and systems as well as sanitary and hygiene regulations, and proficiency in one foreign language at a higher education level.

Work schedule: irregular working hours, work on Sundays and public holidays, occasional work from home, constant readiness. Probationary work: 5 months.
