Receptionist V – M/F

Job location, NOVO MESTO , Southeast Slovenia - Slovenia

Receptionist (excluding hotels), probationary work 2 months, permanent contract, full-time, 40 hours. Responsibilities include:

* Welcoming visitors and presenting available offers and services
* Informing guests about pool facilities and cultural, recreational, sports, and tourist events in the area
* Managing and coordinating work processes (reservations, payments) across facilities in the Češče village area
* Managing online booking portals
* Contributing to pricing policies and other offers
* Assisting in preparing seasonal packages and offers
* Daily collaboration with travel agencies, companies, and partners
* Participating in advertising, promotional, and sales activities
* Organizing and performing cashier duties for cash and non-cash transactions
* Preparing transaction summaries and required reports
* Organizing and managing ticketing operations at the Olympic Center
* Supervising order and cleanliness at the reception and managing basic supplies and small inventory
* Handling guest complaints
* Serving at the pool bar in Novo Mesto, issuing towels, wristbands, bathrobes, and other sports equipment
* Performing other tasks as directed by the supervisor or director
