**Area Advisor I – Accounting – M/F**

Job location, LJUBLJANA , Central Slovenia - Slovenia

**Accounting, Auditing, and Related Specialists**, probationary period of **6 months**, **permanent employment**, full-time, **40 hours per week**, **morning shifts**.

Responsibilities include:

* Organizing and performing **accounting tasks**.
* Maintaining the **institution’s business books**.
* Preparing **accounting documents** in accordance with laws and the institution’s **Accounting Rules**.
* Performing **accounting control** to ensure the correctness of bookkeeping documentation.
* Reconciling **analytical and synthetic records** in the business books.
* Calculating, posting, and recording **salaries and other personal payments**.
* Preparing **reports for statistics and insurance purposes**.
* Recording **business transactions** in accounting records.
* Assisting in the preparation of **financial statements, reports, explanations, and information**.
* Cooperating with **auditors and the founder’s financial department**.
* Performing other tasks as prescribed by **regulations, programs, and resolutions of the Council of the Institution**, or as instructed by the **supervisor or director**.

Requirements:

* Knowledge of **Vasco accounting software** or other similar accounting programs.
