Job Description

**Main responsibilities:**

* Prepare mise en place for the different stations according to the instructions of the supervisors.
* Plate and serve dishes during service.
* Be versatile in managing multiple types of stations (salads, hot dishes, pizzas, etc.).
* Ability to create and manage a “homemade” burger menu. Knowledge of specialties from certain countries to guide the selection of hot dishes.
* Apply HACCP hygiene and safety standards.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Team spirit and flexibility in line with the demands of this profession.
