Maintenance Technician (M/F)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep of the premises, equipment, and building installations, ensuring safety, proper functioning of equipment, and the setup of meeting/reception spaces according to needs.

**Main Duties:**

**Routine Maintenance and Upkeep:**

* Clean the entire site: offices, common areas, reception spaces, meeting rooms, locker rooms, kitchen, restrooms, bar, etc.
* Monitor preventive maintenance of installations: electricity, heating/air conditioning, plumbing, furniture, etc.
* Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
* Manage equipment (sports, medical, etc.) and track inventory in coordination with the volunteer in charge.
* Receive and check deliveries.
* Handle regional transfers using the service vehicle (e.g., deliveries to Chaponnay to be redistributed to departments).
* Collect and sort waste (trash, recycling, etc.).
* Provide occasional assistance to staff and volunteers.

**Space Management and Setup:**

* Arrange rooms according to the reservation schedule (configure spaces as needed) in support of the partnership team.
* Prepare and set up welcome coffee.
* Prepare, set up, and monitor meals (buffet dinners, seated meals, etc.).

These duties are not exhaustive and may evolve over time. Additional responsibilities, such as stock and supply management, may be assigned as the role develops.
