**Versatile Kitchen Assistant / Commis de Cuisine – SAISON39 (M/F)**

The Domaine du Mont Saint Jean is hiring a versatile kitchen assistant for the winter season 2025/2026.

Located in Les Rousses (Jura), Domaine du Mont Saint Jean features a golf course, a 3-star hotel, and a restaurant.

**Contract:** Seasonal fixed-term contract from mid-December 2025 to mid-March 2026

**Reporting to:** Club management and Head Chef

**Main Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and organize menu items (starters, main courses, desserts)
* Plate and serve cold dishes
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation
* Dishwashing duties 2 days per week
* Comply with HACCP standards (hygiene regulations)

**Profile:**

* Punctual, organized, and motivated
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrates autonomy and initiative
* Experience in catering or restaurants is a plus
* Team-oriented and communicates well with the brigade

**Contract Details:**

* Seasonal fixed-term contract, 35 hours per week (Golf Collective Agreement)
* Weekend work required
* 5 days per week, evenings only
