***Position available from March to November or as a short-term contract depending on your availability***

You will be responsible for leading and supervising activities such as Canoeing, Kayaking, Rafting, Hot Dog, Airboat, Stand-Up Paddle, and Whitewater Swimming, either at the Olympic whitewater stadium or at Vaires-sur-Marne Lake, for minors or adults. **Desired Profile:**

* Preferred qualifications: BPJEPS, DEJEPS, MF, CQP Kayak, or a STAPS degree in Education and Motor Skills (specializing in Canoe-Kayak and Paddle Sports)
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, autonomy, organization, and the ability to adapt to different audiences

**Required Skills:**

* Lead activities, adapting sessions according to participants and weather conditions
* Ensure participant safety by following standards and specific guidelines for each activity
* Prepare and maintain water sports equipment, and assist in managing the whitewater stadium
