Created in 1987, Agefiph�s mission is to promote the professional integration and retention of people with disabilities in private-sector organizations. Agefiph is an association of 400 employees, carrying out a public service mission, with fourteen Regional Delegations and its headquarters located in the Paris region. For over thirty years, Agefiph�s mission has focused on three main areas: implementing public policies related to employment and disability, providing financial support, and coordinating partner networks.

**Job description � Study and Development Officer:**

The Study and Development Officer is responsible for developing, with all relevant stakeholders, the programs and services that promote employment for people with disabilities in the territories. Specifically, they are responsible, at the regional level, for promoting and implementing Agefiph�s intervention policy to support employment, training, or job retention for people with disabilities. They may represent the regional delegate, participate in partner coordination, and contribute to the management and oversight of service providers. They also propose useful improvements to the service offerings and internal tools to better meet needs.

**Implementation and contribution to the development of Agefiph�s national and regional policy:**

* Participate in defining the regional policy (companies, partners, service providers).
* Contribute to the implementation of Agefiph�s influence/lobbying strategy.
* Implement Agefiph�s professionalization offerings with a field perspective.
* Co-develop, with all relevant stakeholders, actions to promote employment for people with disabilities in the territories.
* Utilize national tools and adapt them if necessary.
* Participate in the evolution of service offerings and internal tools by making proposals.
* Conduct preliminary monitoring on relevant topics.
* Contribute to the development and monitoring of the regional budget.

**Advice to beneficiaries and partner coordination:**

* Provide advice/support to stakeholders (companies, training organizations, institutional partners) committed to the employment and training of people with disabilities or, if necessary, direct them to the appropriate contact.
* Provide advice/support to people with disabilities (PSH) regarding their integration and job retention or, if necessary, refer them to the appropriate contact.
* Develop, animate, and manage support systems for professionalization aimed at promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities.

**Position � Regional Delegation R�union Mayotte:**
The R�union Mayotte Regional Delegation is seeking a Study and Development Officer (M/F) on a fixed-term contract in Mayotte to work on the following activities:

* Advisory and support services for companies (OCA) and coordination of the Disability Reference Network.
* Disability Training Resource (RHF).
* Coordination of PRITH.
* Local liaison to support Agefiph service management.
* Institutional representation in complement to the Regional Delegate.
* Support in mobilizing Agefiph financial aid and services.

**Candidate Profile:**

* Bilingual Shimaor�/French.
* Coordination of inclusive programs.
* Collective intelligence tools.
* Project management.
* Educational engineering.
* Knowledge of Mayotte�s economic landscape.

**Requirements:**

* Education level: Master�s degree (Bac +5).
* Work schedule: Full-time (100%).
* Experience: 4�5 years.
