PREPARATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACTS, ANNEXES, TERMINATIONS AND OTHER LABOR LAW DOCUMENTATION, MONITORING OF CHANGES IN LEGISLATION (LABOR, SOCIAL, ZZZS, ZPIZ, ZRSZ) AND ENSURING THE COMPLIANCE OF PROCEDURES, PROCESSING A1 AND M-FORMS (M1, M2, M3, M12) AND ADJUSTING STATUS CHANGES OF EMPLOYEES, MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF HOUR RECORDS AND DATA ENTRY INTO THE SYSTEM (FIELD), PREPARATION OF DATA FOR PAYMENTS AND CONTROL OF DATA FOR MONTHLY SALARY CALCULATIONS, COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT TO HEADS OF FIELDS IN RECRUITMENT, COMMUNICATION AND SUPPORT TO EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS REGARDING PERSONNEL ISSUES, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.
