**Director of the Adapted Sports League of Nouvelle-Aquitaine (M/F)**

The Adapted Sports League of Nouvelle-Aquitaine (LSANA) develops, supports, and structures sports participation for individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, and/or autism spectrum disorders.

Under the delegation of the Board of Directors and reporting to the President, the Director leads the regional strategy, coordinates all projects, and ensures the daily and forward-looking management of the League. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and a genuine commitment to Adapted Sports and inclusion.

### 1. Strategic Project Management

* Implement the LSANA project and ensure alignment with federal policies in collaboration with elected officials and staff.
* Analyze regional needs (clubs, institutions, participants, institutional partners) and propose orientations to the Board.
* Develop and update a multi-year development plan with the team.
* Monitor activity, produce necessary analyses, and provide decision-making recommendations.
* Maintain awareness of developments in sports, medico-social, regulatory, and strategic domains to anticipate sector changes.
* Ensure the regional implementation of the national FFSA (French Federation of Adapted Sports) project.

### 2. Operational Management & Team Leadership

* Supervise and support the staff daily: organization, coordination, prioritization of actions.
* Coordinate roles, clarify responsibilities, and facilitate information flow.
* Promote a positive working environment, manage operational resources, and participate in routine HR tasks (annual reviews, professional assessments, hiring interviews).
* Prevent and manage minor conflicts within the team.
* Identify training needs and support skill development.
* Collaborate closely with the National Technical Advisor.

### 3. Development, Partnerships & Funding

* Prepare and monitor the League�s general budget within delegated financial responsibilities, in coordination with the accountant and Treasurer.
* Develop and lead action plans in collaboration with clubs and partners.
* Maintain active relationships with: sports institutions (DRAJES, Region, ARS, CPSF), medico-social institutions, local authorities, federation, and private partners.
* Complete and track institutional funding applications (PSF, Region, State).
* Design evaluation and reporting tools in line with funder requirements.
* Seek private funding, identify development opportunities, and lead innovative projects (grant applications, sponsorships, private partnerships). Securing private partners is essential for financial balance.

### 4. Contribution to Institutional Life of the League

* Participate in internal meetings (team, executive board, board of directors, general assembly).
* Report on project progress and provide evaluation elements for decision-making.
* Support regional activities as needed (sports events, training sessions, technical meetings).
* Oversee transversal follow-ups:

* Support the National Technical Advisor in Regional Technical Team meetings and events.
* Serve as regional co-referent for the Federal Sports Project subsidy campaign.
* Monitor general secretarial tasks (incoming emails, responses).

### Position Details

* Location: Talence (33), Maison R�gionale des Sports.
* Occasional regional travel (12 departments) and national trips (2�3 times per year).
* Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work depending on competitions, training, or events.
* Direct reporting to the President.
* 35 hours/week, flexible throughout the year depending on activity.
* One day of telework possible per week.
