Sports Coach (M/F) – Apprenticeship Contract BPJEPS AF / CQP

Job location, Oise - France

For our club in Crépy-en-Valois, we are looking for a motivated apprentice Sports Coach to support and inspire our members on a daily basis.

**Your Responsibilities:**

* **Group Classes:** Lead fitness freestyle sessions (STEP, LIA, strength training, stretching) and run L’Orange Bleue’s exclusive YAKO classes, with internal training provided.
* **Personalized Guidance:** On the cardio and weight training floor, guide members in their practice by providing advice and demonstrations.
* **Sports Programs:** Conduct personalized assessments and create strength training programs tailored to individual goals, with coaching follow-up.
* **Reception and Member Retention:** Be the face of the club, presenting the facilities and services to members and prospects with energy.
* **Events:** Organize and lead events to strengthen community and member loyalty.

**Profile:**
You are our future apprentice coach if you are:

* Passionate, dynamic, and enthusiastic with a contagious energy.
* Sporty, with experience as a fitness practitioner (cardio, weight training, and group classes).
* Pedagogical and attentive, with a foundation for supporting and retaining members.
* Friendly and comfortable in client-facing interactions.

Experience in sales or a commercial mindset is a plus.
