You will hold a versatile and autonomous position at the heart of the restaurant’s daily life.

Depending on the activity level, kitchen tasks may also include reception duties and minor maintenance work.

Your daily routine will alternate between culinary production, dining area preparation, and direct interaction with customers, making the role particularly varied:

* Actively contribute to the dining room atmosphere and maintain a welcoming space.
* Ordering, receiving, and organizing food and bar supplies.
* Preparing healthy, original, homemade recipes.
* Plating and serving dishes.
* Dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining workstations.
* Strictly adhering to HACCP standards and good hygiene practices.

* Days off from Saturday 5:00 PM to Tuesday morning.
