Cultural and Educational Instructor (Part-time, 50% FTE)

**Scope of Responsibilities:**

1. Implementing program tasks based on the substantive plan.
2. Organizing and executing competitions, festivals, tournaments, outdoor events, and cultural and entertainment activities, including preparing materials for these events.
3. Supporting events organized by MDK and other entities.
4. Maintaining photographic documentation of events.
5. Co-organizing and leading the “Summer in the City” and “Winter in the City” programs.
6. Organizing and managing educational, entertainment, and rental events.
7. Establishing collaborations with institutions to implement cultural and artistic proposals.
8. Preparing documents for settlement and cost reconciliation of additional substantive tasks.

**Working Hours:**

* 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, flexible schedule.
* Work may include Saturdays and Sundays as needed.

**Requirements:**

* Education: secondary education – required; higher education is a plus.
* Previous experience in a similar position is welcome.
* Experience working with children is an advantage (pedagogical preparation, camp counselor course).
* Proficiency with office equipment and MS Office (Word, Excel).
* Knowledge of graphic programs is a plus.
* Availability, teamwork, reliability, and integrity.
