Job Description

**Scope of Responsibilities:**

* Managing correspondence: receiving, registering, and distributing both traditional and electronic correspondence.
* Telephone handling: answering and transferring calls.
* Organizing meetings, managing the calendar, and hosting guests.
* Drafting letters, creating informational materials, reports, and minutes.
* Ordering and managing office supplies.
* Maintaining document circulation and archiving.
* Performing other tasks related to the position.

**Experience & Qualifications:**

* 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
* Education: secondary education, economic or administrative focus – required.
* Skills: required experience, creativity, ability to operate office equipment, teamwork, responsibility, communication, accuracy, proficiency with text editing and spreadsheet software, good organizational skills.

**Compensation:**

* Salary: 5,000 – 7,000 PLN gross, plus seniority allowance.
