Job Description

**Scope of Responsibilities:**

* Day-to-day management of the secretariat, handling correspondence, and liaising with clients.
* Communicating with authors regarding document circulation.
* Collaborating with media for magazine promotion.
* Processing domestic and international employee travel expenses.
* Managing the editorial team’s social media (writing posts and notes, responding to information about the magazine and published content).
* Cooperating with other editorial departments, the Book Institute, and the Center for Culture and Arts.
* Continuously improving knowledge and skills by keeping up to date with regulations related to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
* Managing and archiving editorial documentation.
* Performing tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

**Employment Details:**

* Fixed-term contract: 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
* Working hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
* Part-time: 75% FTE.

**Requirements:**

* Education: secondary education – required.
* Skills: communication and teamwork – required; independence – required; good organizational skills – required.
* Languages: English – B2 level (upper-intermediate) in speaking and writing – required.
* Other: practical knowledge of MS Office and Acrobat Reader; basic understanding of copyright law; knowledge of GDPR regulations; creativity; ability to apply regulations and think analytically; proficient computer skills, including practical knowledge of software programs; at least 3 years of experience in an administrative position in the cultural sector.
