What does the role entail?

As a Camping Employee, you will be the face of First Camp and will have a varied and varied everyday life. Your role is versatile - you will handle everything from checking in and out of guests at the reception to simpler janitorial tasks and cleaning. Flexibility and a helpful attitude are crucial in this role, as you will support where the need is greatest. With us, everyone at the destination is ready to contribute where needed, and you will be a central part of this joint effort to create a wonderful environment for both guests and colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has experience in service professions and customer service. If you also have an education in a relevant field, it is a plus, but most important is your attitude and ability to take your own responsibility. We are looking for a flexible problem solver who is meticulous and structured in their work. As a Camping employee, you thrive in a fast pace and find joy in offering yourself. You have a positive attitude and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.

We also see that you can communicate well in Swedish or English to handle instructions and meet our guests in a pleasant and professional manner

Terms

We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying scope (20-40 h/week). Working hours can include early mornings, evenings and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
