For our logistics partner, we are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Outside Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, managing the sales team, and monitoring commercial processes in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The responsibilities of this position include:

You will visit your client portfolio weekly to ensure optimal vessel fill levels.
You will report on these visits within 3 days.
You will follow up on quotes submitted by inside sales and ensure that further support is provided.
You will manage the inside and outside sales teams based on weekly tasks provided by the Sales Supervisor. You will build a strong relationship with EHQ, together with your sales team, and work closely as a cohesive team.
You will visit and monitor International Freight Forwarders monthly, with the aim of obtaining competitive FAK rates, in coordination with EHQ.
You will liaise closely with EHQ for the approval of various contracts, together with your inside sales team.
You will closely monitor disputes and audits.
You will ensure deadlines are met.

The required qualifications are:

You have a bachelor's degree in logistics.
You have at least 10 years of sales experience.
You have experience with outside sales, direct contact with customers and forwarders.
You are punctual and follow up on reports meticulously.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You are proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
