As a server at Côte Belge, you'll be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in their overall dining experience. Your duties include:

Duties and Responsibilities

Host/Hostess: Greet guests upon arrival, seat them, and greet them with a friendly demeanor.
Menu Information: Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and drink options, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
Order Taking: Carefully take orders and communicate them to the kitchen, paying attention to any dietary requirements or allergies.
Serving Duties: Efficiently and professionally serve food and drinks to tables, ensuring a neat presentation.
Cleaning and Tidying: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including clearing tables and replenishing supplies in the restaurant. Customer Service: Actively listening to guests, taking complaints or comments seriously and ensuring a positive resolution.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and professional service.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are required.
Ability to work in a busy environment and multitask.
Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
A passion for food and drink and an interest in gastronomy are a plus.
