What will you do?
As a childminder, you'll care for children aged 0 to 3.5 years old in your home, during hours of your choosing and with support from i-mens. You'll transform your home into a challenging, hygienic, and safe environment for children.

Your responsibilities as a childminder are varied:

You'll guide children through their first steps in life and stimulate their development; You respond to the children's talents and interests;
You consider the children's emotional needs;
You provide care and support and organize educational, creative daytime activities. You maintain a balance between play, care, rest, and mealtimes;
You collaborate with the family as a partner in parenting. You exchange information with the parents and make arrangements together;
You keep careful track of which children were present and when they were dropped off and picked up.
You have a heart for children and help them take their first steps in the world;
You are caring and patient;
You are a good organizer;
You engage in spontaneous and effective dialogue with children, parents, and the service manager(s). This is how we work best together;
As a childminder, you need a valid qualification. We are happy to discuss with you whether your qualification is already eligible. If you do not yet have the right qualification, there are several ways to obtain one. We are happy to guide you in this process.
