What will you do?

You will independently design, build, install, and maintain systems.
The technical tasks primarily involve maintenance, repairs, and securing serious disruptions. For example: eliminating inspection report violations in accordance with the AREI (General Regulations for Electrical Engineering), preparing schematics and electrical files, repairing and modernizing lighting, adapting, expanding, and renovating low-voltage electrical installations, and more.
You are flexible. This means you complete tasks as completely as possible, even if they are not specific to your area of expertise.
You will comply with safety regulations. You will receive your work orders digitally. You will record your work process via a tablet in Planon.
You will track errors and devise solutions that are sustainable and within budget.

We welcome you to AG Vespa, the autonomous municipal company for real estate and urban projects in Antwerp. We build and renovate public buildings such as daycare centers, schools, museums, and sports halls. We also maintain and restore municipal buildings such as cultural centers, churches, and statues.

You have a secondary school diploma or a certificate from the 6th year of vocational education (with a full-time or part-time curriculum), preferably in a technical field. Or you do not have a diploma or certificate, but you do have at least one year of work experience in a relevant technical field.
You can check whether your diploma, certificate, or certificate is equivalent to a secondary school diploma.
Do you have a certificate or certificate from part-time education? Please provide us with proof from your educational institution stating that your certificate is equivalent to a secondary school diploma or a certificate from the 6th year of vocational education (i.e., the 2nd year of the 3rd grade).

You have a category B driving license.
You meet the application requirements of the city of Antwerp.

You have broad knowledge of electricity. Knowledge of electronics is a plus. You can demonstrate this knowledge through a certificate, diploma, or experience.
