Senior Professional EHS (m/f/d) (Professor - Universities)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Review and audit compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental protection, and fire safety regulations at assigned companies and plants

- Advise and support companies and plants on matters related to occupational health, safety, environmental protection, and fire safety

- Coordinate the EHS coordinators at the various locations to implement an EHS-conscious corporate culture

Coordinate and provide technical support for the implementation of EHS requirements and the group's guidelines

Further develop and organize the EHS department in accordance with an EHS-conscious corporate culture and implement necessary measures

- Conduct and participate in EHS projects for the group and assigned locations

- Establish and maintain internal and external relationships with group locations, authorities, institutions, and external companies

WHAT YOU BRING

- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
- Relevant experience as an occupational safety specialist or safety engineer. Ideally, also experience as an environmental officer (waste, water protection, air pollution control) and fire safety officer.

- Native-level German and advanced English skills.

- IT skills: Microsoft 365, IT understanding and affinity for IT applications.
