You'll oversee work processes, motivate your team to perform at their best, and ensure that quality and safety standards are met. What you'll do:

You'll monitor the safety, quality, hygiene, and profitability of the production lines.

You'll manage a team of approximately 60 production employees; coaching and mentoring are no strangers to you. You conduct performance and absence reviews and are the point of contact for other departments such as HR, prevention, logistics, etc.
You monitor KPIs and participate in daily production meetings with other production departments.
You continuously seek improvement processes and ways to optimize the production process and report to the production manager.
You have a higher technical education or equivalent experience.
You have at least five years of experience in a similar role; experience in the food sector is definitely a plus.
Knowledge of HACCP, risk analysis, and IFS is a plus.
