With us, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in the construction of brand-new trucks! As a Workshop Manager, you'll lead a small, technical team of four colleagues. Together, you'll build cool, innovative truck projects. No two days are the same, because you'll not only coordinate, but also roll up your sleeves!

As a Workshop Manager, you'll ensure that the assembly and finishing of trucks in your workshop runs smoothly. You'll manage a team of mechanics and technicians, monitor scheduling and quality, and ensure everything is carried out to the highest standards. Thanks to your technical knowledge and organizational skills, you'll keep the workshop running smoothly and ensure satisfied customers!

What will you do:

Coordinating work in the workshop and paint shop
Making plans and allocating work within your team
Participating in tinkering and welding on truck bodies
Ordering parts in consultation with the warehouse manager
Ensuring the smooth running of every new construction project
