As an assistant team leader, you will be the team leader's right-hand man and help coordinate the daily operations of the production process. You will ensure that production runs smoothly, quality is maintained, and productivity is optimal. You will work closely with the team, foster a positive working atmosphere, and support the team in achieving its objectives.

We are a dynamic, fast-growing company focused on developing and selling fishing tackle. They are looking for an assistant team leader for their Beerse location to work a two-shift system.

You will be a working assistant team leader in the inbound department.
You will check and sort incoming goods and accurately monitor container scheduling.
You will also maintain an overview of the internal flow of goods. In the absence of the team leader, you are responsible for managing the reach truck drivers and warehouse personnel on your team.
You will also monitor the attendance of staff and temporary workers and ensure safety within the warehouse.
You report to your supervisor.
You are ambitious to take on more responsibility.
You already have relevant experience as a warehouse worker.
You speak basic English.
