Within the Accommodation department we are looking for a supervisor for our homes at Koningsakker in Brasschaat.

Core mission

You guide adult clients, who stay in their own studio/apartment, towards the greatest possible independence on a material, social and personal level, as agreed in consultation in the guidance agreement.
You support the client in building professional and social networks.

You recognize yourself in this:

You have a Bachelor's degree with a pedagogical, social or paramedical orientation, or equivalent through experience.
You are an enthusiastic and driven colleague who can work independently.
You have (orthopedagogical) knowledge in relation to the target group and preferably have experience in guiding adults with disabilities.
You work in an emancipatory and client-oriented manner, have great empathy and strong communication skills.
You know the social card and social legislation regarding people with disabilities.
You are also willing to do weekend, evening and night work (sleeping night).
You have your own car and driving license type B.
