To further support our yards in East and West Flanders, we are looking for a Supervisor / Site Manager for the East and West Flanders region

Your position

As a Supervisor / Site Manager, you are the link between planning, technicians and the head office. You manage 11 technicians and monitor the quality, safety and efficiency of the yards.

Your duties

Check whether all technicians leave for the sites on time and correctly

Follow up, check and report daily turnover

Solve problems on site or remotely

Preparing material in the warehouse

Every Friday: prepare material and hand it over to the technicians

Inspection of company vehicles (cleanliness, damage, maintenance)

Welcome of new technicians

Guidance, follow-up training planning and supervision

Carrying out quality checks on installations

Handling claims files and complaints

Active support of the team in daily operational activities

Your profile

You have thorough knowledge of the AREI (required)

You have experience and knowledge of AC charging stations (required)
(home installations of charging stations)

You have experience in a managerial, coordinating or supervisory role

You are problem-solving, organizationally strong and communicative

You work in a structured way and maintain an overview

Knowledge of French is a plus, but not a requirement

You can work daily from Nazareth
