Dedeyne Construct is a family construction company from Waregem, specialized in high-quality construction projects.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Assistant with a strong administrative and digital profile, who brings structure to projects and provides support from start-up to completion.

Your position

As a Project Assistant, you proactively support the project leaders and the team with the administrative and organizational follow-up of projects. You ensure correct processing of data, structured file management and smooth communication.

Task package:

Administrative start-up and follow-up of projects

Management and structuring of digital project files

Follow-up and processing of documents, contracts and certificates

Administrative support with planning and deadlines

Follow-up of orders, deliveries and project data

Preparing administrative completion and archiving of files

Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant experience

Experience in administration, office support or project support is a plus

Strongly organized and accurate

Digital skills and smooth use of administrative tools

Work in a structured way and keep an overview

Communicative and professional

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with digital file systems or SharePoint is a plus
