As a dispatcher you play a crucial role in coordinating transport and logistics. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from assigning vehicles to planning routes.

Job description

You monitor the tractors, trailers and drivers via track & trace and adjust the planning when freight threatens to arrive late.
You are in permanent contact with international customers, by telephone and/or by email.
You communicate with drivers, act as a point of contact and provide solutions.
Experience as a dispatcher in road transport
You speak perfect Dutch, a good knowledge of French and English is a requirement. (Knowledge of German is an added value)
You have a good geographical knowledge of Western Europe.
You are a real team player with strong communication skills
You are assertive when necessary
Stress resistance and organized working are second nature to you.
You are familiar with PC (MO package) and willing to learn other software
