For our client, an established name in construction development and located in a beautiful building on Jan Van Rijswijcklaan in Antwerp, we are looking for a radiant personality who is the first point of contact for customers and visitors. In this role you are our customer's calling card. You are responsible for:

The warm and professional welcome of visitors.
Telephony and management of incoming and outgoing emails.
General reception tasks such as mail processing and inventory management.
Supporting commercial colleagues, including agenda management, scheduling appointments and preparing for meetings, accurately delivering files to the notary, monitoring communication flows,
Monitoring flawless organization and communication from the reception point.

You are enthusiastic, cheerful and radiate professionalism.
You have experience in a similar position or are quickly able to take on new responsibilities.
you are a smooth communicator: face to face, by telephone and by email.
Good knowledge of Dutch is a requirement, knowledge of English and/or French is a plus.
You are discreet and organizationally strong.
MS Office has no secrets for you and you can easily handle digital agenda management.
