As a provincial manager at Ferm Childcare Antwerp, your job is to facilitate the development of high-quality childcare within your province. You form the bridge between your province and the head office and you will implement Ferm Childcare policy at a strategic level.

As a provincial manager you are the manager of cluster managers, employees of the provincial team and the extra services team. You participate in their selections, coordinate their induction and reception and are responsible for the individual guidance and follow-up of these employees.
You are responsible for cooperation within and between the various teams in the province.
You help determine priorities within the provincial team and generally ensure the accessibility and continuity of services in the province.
In consultation with the province's cluster managers, you help decide on the recruitment of managers in the cluster and you follow up on difficult personnel files (also in consultation with the management and HR manager).
You manage the middle management contingents, monitor the provincial budgets and support the logistical management of the province.
As a provincial manager you are a networker and you easily make contacts. possible opportunities, acquisitions and expansions. You therefore facilitate cooperation with external partners, local authorities and fellow organizations of Ferm in the province.
You promote Ferm Childcare's policy within the province. In addition, you are responsible for the development and follow-up of the provincial policy plan and you determine the objectives, actions and results at provincial level.
You have at least a bachelor's degree.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position, where you have successfully managed various teams.
You are analytical, a strong planner, organizationally strong, have a sense of quality and work accurately.
You endorse the vision, values ​​and objectives within Ferm Childcare and are able to promote these within your province.
You can communicate clearly both in writing and orally.
You have an affinity and/or experience with the childcare sector.
