Foreman formworker - CONSTRUCTION

Looking for job security with a leading player in construction? 

We are looking for a colleague who can manage our team of formwork workers.

As a company, we contribute to the safety and mobility of road users through rail works, road works, and the construction of tunnels and bridges.

We also help realize large industrial projects for economic prosperity.

You will be deployed on unique projects where safety is very important.

A look at your duties:

Formwork and unmoulding
Apply reinforcement
Pouring concrete
Working and finishing concrete
Order and cleanliness of the yard
Etc.

You will divide the tasks every day so that everything can run as efficiently as possible.

During the day you manage where necessary and follow up so that everything goes according to plan.

Shipyards can be located throughout Flanders, but always a maximum of 1 hour from your place of residence. 

You will be picked up at home or at a pick-up point and driven directly to the site. 

Your working day starts at 7am on site and ends between 3pm and 4pm.

If overtime has to be worked, this will always be communicated in advance.

Night or weekend work is also rare and is not an obligation.

In addition to the attractive hourly wage based on experience in construction, we provide an extra in the form of meal vouchers (€7.5 / day).

In addition, you can receive an additional collective labor agreement bonus every year.
