� You are the point of contact and confidant for our militants and members. They can contact you with their questions.

� You bring groups of volunteers together to work together on solutions to challenges in the workplace.

� You formulate clear positions and arguments and conduct negotiations with employers.

� You have the ability to mobilize people and act as a driving force when actions are needed. This requires strong organizational skills.

Your skills:

� Planning and organizing: you can manage your time effectively by setting priorities based on sector plans, allowing you to make the right choices and maintain good relationships with all your trade unions. You keep an overview of all campaigns and trade union themes and convert them into a coherent trade union strategy.

� Guidance and coaching: you can guide and motivate trade union activists in their trade union work. You are easily approachable, you follow their work closely to understand what is going on in the workplace. You are committed to strengthening the skills of our trade union activists.

� You are able to think and act in a solution-oriented manner.

� Persuasion and negotiation: you are skilled in formulating clear requirements and converting them into concrete results.

� Develop vision and act strategically: you can work towards long-term results and distinguish between main and side issues.

� Great adaptability: you can easily deal with changing circumstances (environment, working methods, people) without compromising the norms and values ??of ACV Puls.
