PUBLIC RELATIONS EXPERTS, probation 3 months, Fixed-term, 24 months, full-time, 40, COMMUNICATIONS EXPERT WILL TAKE CARE OF COMPREHENSIVE AND FOCUSED INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
COMMUNICATION OF THE ORGANIZATION. WORK INCLUDES:
SUPPORT TO KEY VOLUNTEERS IN THE FIELD OF COMMUNICATION AND ADVOCACY,
PREPARATION OF CONTENT FOR THE WEBSITE, SOCIAL NETWORKS, NEWSLETTERS AND OTHER COMMUNICATION CHANNELS,
PARTICIPATION IN THE PREPARATION OF VISUAL AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS,
COMMUNICATING WITH THE MEDIA, PARTNERS AND VARIOUS MEDIA,
PROMOTION AND REPRESENTATION OF THE ORGANIZATION AT EVENTS (PREPARATION OF STANDS AND ACTIVITIES),
ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES ON EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION,
PARTICIPATION IN ORGANIZATION PROJECTS (PROJECTS, EVENTS, CAMPAIGNS),
ADMINISTRATIVE WORK IN THE OFFICE AND WORK WITH CUSTOMERS (COVERING OFFICE HOURS, SALES IN SKAVTSKA
SHOPS, RESERVATION OF PREMISES AND RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT, ETC.) AND
OTHER TASKS ACCORDING TO MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS., experience in the field of communication, public relations or marketing (can also be voluntary),
excellent communication and writing skills and experience in writing and editing texts,  
knowledge of digital tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.),
independence, responsibility and sense of teamwork,
understanding and respecting the values of youth work and volunteering.
Preference is given to candidates who:
they know the operation of non-governmental or youth organizations,
have experience in managing communication campaigns and public relations,
they have a sense of visual imagery and stories that inspire.
