About the role and your duties
As a teacher at Hedda Anderssongymnasiet, you work together with a number of colleagues at the school in a pedagogical process team.

Each team has an educational process manager who leads the team's work in everyday activities. The team is responsible for teaching a number of classes on a program where you contribute your pedagogical skills and your subject knowledge. You get a unique opportunity to be involved and influence how the new school's teaching will be designed. Part of the teaching is project-oriented and you then also collaborate with our external network so that the students' work is based on real challenges and reported to external stakeholders.

As a teacher, you are expected to:
- Collaborate with your colleagues on teaching based on current challenges in the outside world.
- Contribute to concrete collaboration with external actors within subject-integrated project-based teaching.
- Act as a mentor for a group of students at the school.
- Participate in the school's joint development work

We are looking for you
Who has a teaching license for teaching religion, social studies and Swedish at the upper secondary school. The position is a temporary position of 70% during the period 260119-260618.

We are looking for a professionally qualified teacher with an interest in school development and experience in interdisciplinary
way of working. You are enthusiastic, cooperative and create a good climate in the groups where you are
involved in. We value that you spread joy at work and contribute to solutions.

About the workplace
Hedda Anderssongymnasiet is Lund municipality's newest high school focused on creativity, collaboration and entrepreneurship. Together we take the first steps towards creating a better future, for all of us. Hedda started in 2018 and offers the economics, technology, social sciences and natural sciences program. Hedda Anderssongymnasiet currently has around 1,300 students and is growing every academic year. During the summer of 2023, we moved into our newly built school building on Svanevägen/Möllegatan, which accommodates 1,650 high school students and 350 elementary school students.
