We are now creating a completely new function at our primary schools – school coach in collaboration.

An assignment for you who want to work closely with students, build relationships and collaborate to give children the right support at the right time.

The role of school coach with us
As a school coach in collaboration, you become the adult who is there when needed most. The role suits you who already have experience working with children and young people and who know that trust is built through courage, presence and clarity.

You will:

- Work close to relationships
- Coordinate and, if necessary, supplement with social initiatives for individual students, families, groups or phenomena.
- Building trust and creating structures that help students with norm-breaking behaviour.
- Have a close, everyday collaboration with social services, the police, and the school's student health team. security team.
- Become a safe point for students in vulnerable situations.
- Work in close dialogue with student health - without replacing the counsellor's important mission.

This is a role for you who thrive in the borderland between social work and school, where flexibility and action are a natural part of everyday life.

Your profile
As a person, you thrive in an everyday life where you both work independently and in close cooperation with other professions. You have security, integrity and a good ability to face children in difficult situations. In addition, you want to work solution-focused and close to the students' reality, with a commitment to creating positive changes in their everyday life.  You express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, as it is required in the daily work. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for you as:

-  Is a sociologist, behavioral scientist or has a university education that we consider equivalent.

It is advantageous if you have:

- experience from field work, social services, HVB, treatment activities, outpatient care or similar.

Our offer and other information
We offer four full-time project positions for two years with additions according to agreement

Selection takes place during week 2 2026.

- Together you will be responsible for six schools within a limited geographical area in Kungsbacka.
