Flassabekken kindergarten is looking for a pedagogical manager in a 100% position.

Flassabekken nursery school is a nursery school consisting of 10 departments. We focus on ensuring an inclusive play and learning environment across cultures and backgrounds. We work systematically with our own expertise and practice. Joy, humor and good experiences are important elements in our everyday life.

 - We have 100% special education teachers in our kindergarten.
- The nursery has a cook and apprentices.
- We have young people in 10th grade employed as play resources, 2 afternoons each week. 



Work assignments
Academic/pedagogical (and administrative) management of the department.
Care and development support for the individual child and the group of children.
Guidance and support for other staff and parents.
Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning and play environment for children.
Help ensure quality in everyday situations.
Contribute to continuous development and improvement in the business.
Facilitate good parental cooperation.
Qualifications
Kindergarten teacher training. 
Good knowledge of Norwegian. If necessary, the applicant must be able to document knowledge in written and oral passed B2 test.

Has the child in focus and is concerned with ensuring care and developmental support for all children
Is curious and wants to be in professional development.
Has reflection skills and turns words and theory into action.
Has good collaboration skills and is good at building relationships.
Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for results.

Certificates and diplomas

Foreign diplomas must have Norwegian approval from Hk-dir and foreign certificates translated into a Scandinavian language or English. We point out that documentation on e.g. military service and care for children, the elderly or the sick can also result in salary seniority. Employment takes place in accordance with current rules and collective agreements. In positions where a police certificate is required, this must be provided (not older than 3 months) upon taking up the position.
