Your duties
Do you want to be involved in developing our unit for nurses in health care in Halmstad municipality?

We work as a team and as a nurse you assess and carry out medical treatment and nursing interventions.

Much of the practical work is independent and thus it is important that you are comfortable working independently with customary nursing tasks and leading care staff.

In addition to the work close to the patient with assessments, examinations, information and advice, you also have an important role in the collaboration with the care staff in the home care and in the residences. As a nurse, you are responsible for supervision and delegation to care staff.

We offer competence development continuously to maintain high quality and meet patients' needs.

As a nurse in home health care, you work during the day with a weekly working time of 38.25 h/week, and are on duty every sixth weekend. Your qualifications
We are looking for you who is a registered nurse. If you have experience in home health care or equivalent work, it is advantageous. It is advantageous if you have advanced skills or further training in, for example, geriatrics, palliative care or other relevant training.

We would like to see you take responsibility in your professional role, be solution-focused and have a reflective approach to your work. It is of the utmost importance that you are social, responsive and independent in your work and have the ability to create security for both our patients and employees. We work with digital aids for documentation and medication management. Therefore, we value a positive attitude towards technology and experience with digital systems such as Lifecare Voo, Lifecare SP, Appva, Pascal and NPÖ is an advantage.

To be eligible for the position, you also need to have a B driving licence.
