Södertörns Gymnasium is now looking for a qualified high school mathematics teacher and mentor.

We are looking for you who are a skilled teacher and leader, interested in development and integration, good at collaboration. You are a high school teacher with a subject qualification in mathematics.

You have an extraordinary commitment and drive. You are a clear leader who creates security and is a role model for your students. You teach in an inspiring way and engage with the students and their goals through a coaching approach. As a person, you are creative and open to new ideas and points of view. You are loyal, responsive and have a high sense of responsibility.

If you are qualified in additional subjects at upper secondary school level, it is a credit.

The service corresponds to 80%. Access 2026-01-07. The position is a temporary employment.

Your duties

In the role of teacher, you are responsible for creating an extraordinary high school, where students and parents are satisfied with both the teaching and the school. Your task is to motivate and give every student the opportunity to develop successfully.

Duties and areas of responsibility

-Teaching mathematics.

-Teaching high school work.

-Mentorship for a program (three classes).

-Motivate and lead the students to good study results, goal fulfillment and knowledge development as well as follow up the students' development, study results and attendance.

-Actively contribute to the entire development of the school and take responsibility for the activities reaching their goals.
