Head nurse WZC Heyvis

We are looking for motivated and experienced head nurses who want to strengthen our team in our Heyvis residential care center. As a head nurse you play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and coordinating the nursing team. You will have the opportunity to work in a warm and supportive environment where the well-being of our residents is central.

Function

Coordinate and lead the nursing team, including supervising nursing duties and providing guidance and support to team members.

Ensuring the quality of care by following and implementing protocols, guidelines and legal requirements.

Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other disciplines within the residential care center, such as doctors, paramedics and care managers.

Performing nursing tasks such as administering medication, wound care and assessing the health status of residents.

Maintaining contacts with family members and providing support and information about the residents' care.

You have a higher education diploma in nursing:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent

Master of Nursing

Experience as a charge nurse is a plus.

Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a team and motivate others.

Flexibility and stress resistance in a dynamic environment.

Empathy and respect for residents and their families.
