We are now seeking **Pavement Workers** for **Östergötland**.

**About the position**

We are looking for you who want to work as a Pavement Worker for us at Peab Asfalt, starting in the 2026 season in Östergötland, based in Linköping.

As a Pavement Worker with us, you will be part of an engaged team driven by seeing a project take shape. You will work in the field together with your colleagues on various tasks within your work area. Working as a pavement worker means that both the workplace and working hours vary, requiring a certain degree of flexibility.

**Job tasks include, among others:**
* Pavement work, both machine-operated and manual
* Rolling/compaction
* Bonding/sealing

The asphalt season is most intensive from April through December, during which you will work longer hours. This is compensated by paid leave from Christmas until mid-March the following year.

**Who are you?**

We are looking for you who have at least **2 years of experience in pavement work**.

The role of pavement worker requires you to be practically inclined and good at cooperation. We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven to do a good job, and punctual. You have a good ability to plan your work and solve problems as they arise.

You will work together with others in a team, and you depend on each other to succeed. You naturally see your work as a team effort where you, together with your colleagues, care about delivering a neat and well-executed job.

You must be in good physical condition as the work involves heavy labor, and you should enjoy working outdoors for most of the year.

**Requirements:**
* Category B driver's license
* 2 years of experience in pavement work

**Meritous:**
* Category C driver's license
* BE driver's license
* Screed operator experience
* Team lead responsibility
