HR and Payroll Specialist

**Scope of duties:**
* Independent calculation of salaries, bonuses, allowances, and other employee benefits in accordance with applicable regulations.
* Settling working time, leave, sick leave, and other absences.
* Independent preparation of reports, declarations, and reports for institutions such as the Central Statistical Office (GUS), Tax Office (US), State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON), Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).
* Continuous monitoring of changes in labor law, social security, and tax regulations.
* Cooperation with the Finance Department.
* Preparation of procedures, orders, regulations, and instructions related to the HR and payroll area.
* Handling and settlement of civil law contracts.
* Management of Employee Capital Plans (PPK) and benefits.
* Preparation of summaries and reports for the Company's Management Board.
* Handling the ENOVA program.

**Requirements:**
* Education: higher education (including bachelor's degree) - mandatory.
* Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills - mandatory; 2 years of experience - mandatory; proficient computer skills including internet use - mandatory.
* Other:
* **[Skill 2]:** Teamwork skills and willingness to share knowledge, commitment, passion, and motivation to develop in HR and Payroll.
* **[Skill 1]:** Very good knowledge of labor law and social security, proficient Excel skills, accuracy and responsibility, communication skills.
