**Project Specialist – Job Description**

**Responsibilities:**

* Carrying out substantive tasks and managing financial settlements for projects funded from national and EU sources in the areas of agriculture and digitalization
* Collaborating with specialists from WODR and external institutions, such as scientific institutes and universities, within multi-person teams implementing projects under national and international consortia
* Entering data into external settlement systems, including NCBR, and working in the internal organizational and reporting system of WODR
* Monitoring project implementation

**Requirements:**

* Higher education (including Bachelor’s degree) – mandatory
* Minimum 2 years of experience in substantive work and/or settlement of projects co-financed by Horizon Europe and NCBR
* Ability and willingness to familiarize with project documentation and legislation applicable to WODR projects
* Preparedness to work with large volumes of documents and enter data into IT systems
* Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment
* Ability to learn quickly, research information, and connect facts
* Reliability, responsibility, and commitment to assigned tasks
* Willingness to improve qualifications
* Ability to work in a team
* English at an intermediate level
* Driving license category B is a plus
