We are now looking for **Paving Workers** in Östergötland.

### About the Position

We are looking for you who want to work as a **Paving Worker** with us at Peab Asfalt starting in the 2026 season in Östergötland, based in Linköping.

As a paving worker, you will be part of a dedicated team driven by seeing a project take shape. You will work in the field with your colleagues on varied tasks within your area. The work involves varying locations and working hours, requiring flexibility.

**Tasks include:**

* Paving work with machines and manually
* Rolling
* Tack coating

The asphalt season is most intensive from April to December, during which you will work longer days. This is compensated with paid leave from Christmas until mid-March the following year.

### Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in paving work
* Practical, cooperative, and responsible personality
* Motivated to perform quality work and punctual
* Good planning and problem-solving skills
* Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors most of the year
* B driving license
